This document is the combination of our rules known as Terms and conditions of Use. These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Tanjim Dubai. Here in this document, we’ve used “we”, “us”, and “our” to refer to Tanjim Dubai and you, your, and user for a customer that is you.

3. Your Privacy

4. Your Account with Us

Some of our Services require that you create an account with us. These include:

a. You must be 18+ years old to use our Services. 13-17 years old's are only permitted to use the service with the approval & account status of an adult.

b. We encourage you to provide candid feedback. To make sure we're hearing and addressing your questions and concerns, we request that you provide accurate information about yourself. You also may not use a false or assumed name or identity, create a bogus email address, posing as someone else – including an employee of Touchscreens – nor may you post content that impersonates someone else

c. Consider a username - You can't include offensive, vulgar or infringing language and make sure your chosen username doesn't violate any Terms.

d. The person whose financial information is on the account will be responsible for any activity on the account. If you're sharing your account, make sure to review these terms to avoid any unwanted charges.

e. Protect your password. As we mentioned above, you’re solely responsible for any activity on your account, so it’s important to keep your account password secure.

5. Your Use of Our Services

We grant you a limited license to use our Services, only if you adhere to the Terms and the following restrictions:

a. By using our services, you agree not to break the law. Our service is subject to the laws of your locality, state, country, and world.

b. We encourage you to provide candid feedback. To make sure we're hearing and addressing your questions and concerns, we request that you provide accurate information about yourself. You also may not use a false or assumed name or identity, create a bogus email address, posing as someone else – including an employee of Touchscreens – nor may you post content that impersonates someone else

c. Don’t Steal Our Stuff. If you attempt to reverse engineer or obtain the source code of the Services, you agree not to crawl, scrape, or spider any page of the Services. Our API Terms of Use must be followed if you want to use our API.

d. Don’t Harm Our Systems. By distributing viruses or harmful computer code, for example, you agree not to interfere or tamper with our Services. The term "Tanjim Dubai" is a trademark of ours, and trademark applications can be made for phrases, logos, and designs.

e. Share Your Ideas. Your ideas are great! You can help us improve our services to you by providing them to us. We value them highly. Non-confidential and non-proprietary information received or submitted by you is not considered confidential.

6. Termination

Do you want to close your account? You can do that any time from your account settings. Termination by Tanjim Dubai.

If we have our reasons, meaning anything from you violating our Terms to your account being flagged by an automated system, we may email you to let you know that your account is going to be terminated. You need to understand that even if your account gets terminated or suspended, this will not give you a contractual or legal right of any kind.

The Services may be discontinued at any time, for any reason, including those indicated in the Terms and Conditions of your Use. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any of the Services for you, any or all users, at any time, without notice.

Any changes to the Services will not affect your income or ability to generate revenue, and we will not be responsible for any consequences that result from them. Survival. Your access to the Service and use of the Service will remain subject to the Terms after they are terminated.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Third-Party Services. We may provide links to third-party websites or services (for example, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest). In some cases, you will need a third-party product or service to use our Services (including a compatible mobile device). If you use our Services (like our mobile apps) with a third-party product or service, you do so at your own risk. The third-party may require you to accept their terms and conditions to use their product or service. To use these third-party services, you must accept the terms of service from those third parties.

Gift Cards and Promotions. Concerning your Gift Card balance, you agree that we cannot provide any warranties and will not be held responsible for any unauthorised access to, or alteration, theft, or destruction of a Gift Card code as a result of actions taken by you or a third party. We can issue you a replacement code if your Gift Card code stops working. Whenever you participate in a special promotion or offer, you agree not to claim that the rules are unclear in the future.

Warranties. Although we strive to provide the best services, there are times when things can go wrong. In understanding that our services are provided without any warranty (express or implied), you acknowledge that they are rendered "as-is.". As well as any implied warranties by course of performance, course of dealing, or usage of trade, we expressly disclaim any warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that:
1). Assume that services are accessible or secure at any time or location;
2). It will be corrected if there are any defects or errors; 3) No viruses or other harmful content will be present in the services; 4) Utilizing the services will result in results that meet your expectations.

You are solely responsible for your use of the services. You may not be able to take advantage of the above limitations if your jurisdiction does not allow implied warranties.

8. Indemnification

Although we hope this doesn't happen, you agree to defend and indemnify us if we get sued for something you did. In other words, you must defend and hold us harmless from every claim, demand, and legal action (including reasonable attorney fees) that may result from your actions, your use of our services (or misuse of them), your breach of the Terms, or your infringement of another's rights.

Whether you are indemnifying us or not, we reserve the right to handle our legal defence in whatever way we see fit, as long as you cooperate with us so that we can carry out our plan.

9. Disputes with Other Users

If you run into any disputes with other users of our Services or third parties, we always encourage everyone to try and work it out amicably

10. Disputes with Tanjim Dubai

If you are unhappy with our services, please get in touch with Customer Support. If they can't solve your problem, these guidelines will be followed in the event of any future legal action:

A. Governing Law. These Terms are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates without regard to any conflicts of law rules.

B. Arbitration. You and Tanjim Dubai have agreed to have any dispute arising from the Terms be settled by arbitration in Dubai. Any claims submitted to Tanjim Dubai will be submitted on an individual basis. You understand and agree to the foregoing terms, and by proceeding you and Tanjim Dubai each waive the right to trial by jury or class action lawsuit. Class arbitration is only available if both parties approve of it and have a contract with the same arbiter. Notwithstanding this, each party shall still have the right to take legal action in a court of proper jurisdiction for injunctive or other equitable or conservatory relief if the arbitrator's decision has not been reached. If you believe your claim only qualifies for “small claims” court, you may pursue your claim in that court. However, this is only the case if the following conditions are met:

C. Costs of Arbitration. Payment for any reasonable filings will be as per the agreement set between the user and Tanjim Dubai

D. Forum. All legal action should be taken in UAE.

E. Government Exception. Government agents are not legally allowed to agree to these clauses. In the event of a dispute, the Terms will be governed by federal law and, to the extent permitted by federal law, state law. Any action related to this Agreement will also be governed by state law (without reference to conflict of laws).

F. Modifications. After the date, you last accepted the Terms, if we make any changes to this "Disputes with Us" section after our changes became effective, the changes won't apply to claims filed before the date the changes became effective. A change to the "Disputes with Us" section of these terms will be made at least 30 days before it becomes effective. You can click the unsubscribe link in any email we send you to opt-out if you don't agree to the changes. Any dispute between you and Tanjim Dubai between the date you last accepted the Terms and the date you reject any modified terms will be resolved through arbitration following the provisions of the "Disputes with Us" section. The current version of the Terms of Service will apply if you reopen your closed account or make a new account.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we believe that the changes are important, we'll make sure to let you know through the service and/or an email message.

You are responsible for keeping track of any changes to the Terms. From the point you sign up for this service, you are agreeing to pay attention to what is written there.

12. Legal Points

These Terms include all the policies for using our Services. If there is any discrepancy between these Terms and other agreements, then these Terms will take precedence.

If any part of the Terms is not enforceable, they are limited to the smallest possible extent necessary so that these Terms can stay in effect.
